Škrlet
Quality dry white wine
A rare indigenous Moslavina variety with a delicate aroma and pronounced bouquet, pale straw in colour. Pairs well with fish, white meat, cold pasta salads and rich, creamy soups.

In the village of Plesmo, right by the southern entrance to Lonjsko Polje Nature Park, we offer the Posavina of years gone by: the quiet Strug river, oak timber houses and hospitality that puts local tradition first.
Our estate spans about 8 hectares, bringing together nature, heritage and home cooking. Traditional houses have been restored, old recipes are kept alive and we work with local family farms so every stay feels authentic, warm and rooted in this landscape.
At Krčma kod Dida Joze the kitchen follows Posavina recipes: homemade bread and pasta, river fish from the area, game and seasonal vegetables from nearby farms — with a glass of Moslavina Škrlet.
Wood interiors, warm tones and carefully laid tables — a place where lunch turns into conversation. This is not about rushing, but slow enjoyment and the easy company we remember from Posavina homes.
The dishes reflect what Lonjsko Polje and Posavina offer — fish from the river, game, traditional soups and peka, and a hearty grill for those who like it simple and generous.
On the southern and south-eastern slopes of Moslavina hill, overlooking Lonjsko Polje, the Florijanović family tends 5 hectares of vineyards between Popovača and Voloder. Production centres on the indigenous Moslavina Škrlet, alongside other continental varieties and a modern cellar.
The winery regularly wins awards for wine quality and label design, and through its events helps preserve Moslavina’s cultural and rural heritage.

Dry red wine
Ruby red, fresh and fruity, with cherry notes and mild herbal spice. Ideal with dark meat, small game, lightly spicy dishes and fine cheeses.
The meal ends with tradition on the table: tačkrle and fruit dumplings, poppy seeds and sour cream, pies and cakes from the home kitchen — still made by hand, with love, the Posavina way.
